This quirky former printery,built in 1891,with its original green paint-daubed brick walls and soaring ceilings turns out pleasant contemporary fare. The tight menu is playful (aloe vera jelly here,shiitake foam there) and Asian influenced:tempura soft-shell crab with avocado mousse and kaffir lime mayo followed by five-spice Murray Valley pork cutlet,gingered sweet potato and fuji apple puree.
