Make a batch of this mug cake mix and keep it in the pantry and you’ll never be more than two minutes away from a delicious,freshly made dessert.
½ cup mug cake mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil,per mug cake
¼ cup milk,per mug cake
vanilla ice-cream,to serve
2 cups self-raising flour
2 cups caster sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
¼ cup decaffeinated coffee powder
Combine the ingredients for the mug cake mix in a press-seal bag and shake to combine.
For each mug cake,take ½ a cup of mixture and combine in a large mug with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and ¼ cup of milk. Mix to a batter,then pour over ¼ cup of boiling water and microwave at 1000W for 90 seconds. Stand for a minute,then serve with vanilla ice-cream.
