On Tuesday evening,Reynolds told the media still camped outside the court the mediation was ongoing.
The trio had been due to return to court on Wednesday afternoon for a strategic conference,but that hearing has since been vacated.
It is understood the mediation has been adjourned and a directions hearing will be held in the coming weeks.
