What I’m loving right now I’m in my late 30s and I recently tried the non-invasive treatment Ultraformer III for lifting and tightening my face and neck. I really noticed an improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles.

Beauty icon My mum[racehorse trainer Gai Waterhouse]. She’s the one who taught me the importance of a good skin routine from a young age,and she still looks so beautiful. I also look to Sophia Loren;she is so glamorous. And when it comes to people I love to follow on Instagram for beauty tips and tricks,I can’t go past Chantelle Baker,Jade Kisnorbo,Michael Brown,Max May,Erin Parsons and Katie Jane Hughes.

The rule I live by Less is more. I want to use a few products that really work.

Top beauty tip Fake tan for a quick fix. It just evens out skin tone and you look younger and fresher in just 15 minutes.

Favourite colour I love pinks, purples and pastel tones.

Must-have beauty product Clarins Double Serum (clarins.com.au,$160). I like to combine it with foundation.

Exercise routine I love group training outdoors and reformer Pilates.

I never the leave the house without Keys, wallet, phone:it’s my checklist.

Great brushes are essential when it comes to styling. For the ultimate two-in-one hot-air drying and styling brush,Silver Bullet comes up trumps. And for old-school blow-outs,a paddle and a radial are non-negotiable. Remember to replace your brushes every year.

Creed perfumes never disappoint and the company’s latest creation,Wind Flowers EDP (libertineparfumerie.com.au,$469 for 75ml),is a floral delight with top notes of orange blossom, jasmine and soft peach wrapped around sandalwood, tuberose and praline. Just yum.

Help! Winter is playing havoc with my lips.

Lips don’t have sebaceous glands,so don’t create sebum like the rest of your skin. Make sure you are drinking enough water (two litres a day),use a lip balm with vitamin E,and wear Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask (adorebeauty.com.au,$28) at night.
