The revelations led to Mr Maguire’s own corruption inquiry last year, which uncovered explosive evidence of his secret relationship with Premier Gladys Berejiklian. That inquiry remains ongoing.
The Independent Commission Against Corruption released a statement on Friday confirming it would hand its investigation report to the president of the NSW upper house on Monday. The Speaker of the lower house will also receive the findings.

Former Canterbury councillors Michael Hawatt and Pierre Azzi,ex-general manager Jim Montague and former planning director Spiro Stavis were all investigated as part of the inquiry between 2018 and 2019.
Among allegations the councillors faced was that Bechara Khouri,a former business partner of Labor powerbroker Eddie Obeid had lobbied Mr Hawatt and Mr Azzi to achieve favourable planning outcomes without disclosing his interest in properties under scrutiny.
Mr Maguire featured when secret recordings exposed him speaking to Mr Hawatt about potential commissions he could earn from property deals with the Chinese property development company Country Garden.
