The infected person visited Robina Town Centre shopping plaza during the Black Friday sales.
Anyone who visited JB Hi-Fi,Rebel Sport and Target at the centre last Friday afternoon is urged to get tested,in addition to anyone who has symptoms.
It is not yet known whether the person had been vaccinated.
The Old Fernvale Bakery at Fernvale on Saturday,November 27 was also added as a casual contact exposure site,from 3.30pm to 4.05pm.
