The Toorak residence was listed as Crowe’s home on corporate filings last month and settled in the name of his wife,Sophie,earlier this year.
It sold last year through Marshall White agents Marcus Chiminello and Nicole French. Chiminello declined to comment on any aspect of the sale when contacted.
Crowe and two colleagues founded the Grill’d burger chain in 2004 and the business wasvalued at more than $450 million by industry experts in 2019,before the pandemic hit.
