If ever there was a year to spend Christmas lunch at the table with your favourite people instead of being stuck in the kitchen,it's 2021. So,if I had my way – which I never do because I come from a family of opinionated foodies – this is the Christmas menu I'd offer. Almost entirely make-ahead,whether optional or by necessity,this is a spread to impress. Trifle aside,all the dishes are what I call"low effort,high pay-off recipes". As for the trifle?
